Terms & Conditions — 399dt Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 399dt ("399dt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 399dt website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, and payment services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 399dt platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other supplementary rules published on 399dt from time to time.

399dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that clause shall be interpreted as narrowly as possible to give effect to the parties' original intent, and the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 399dt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 399dt enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not prohibited from accessing online gambling services by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the 399dt platform. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 399dt or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

399dt reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access the 399dt platform. 399dt recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to online gambling websites for minors. 3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of Services on 399dt, you must create a player account by completing the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at registration and to keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 399dt platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and actively access. Account notifications, verification requests, and withdrawal confirmations will be sent to this address.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your 399dt account. 399dt recommends a password of at least 10 characters containing a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 399dt support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

399dt will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 399dt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 399dt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees for players transacting in BDT. 399dt accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing within 1–3 business hours during BST banking hours, minimum deposit ৳1,000.

Deposit terms: Deposits are credited to your 399dt account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. 399dt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may trigger an account security review.

Withdrawal terms: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers. 399dt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value.

399dt does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their individual fee schedules. 399dt has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

In the event of a suspected fraudulent deposit, charge-back, or payment dispute, 399dt reserves the right to suspend the affected account, freeze the outstanding balance, and cooperate fully with the relevant financial institution and, where applicable, law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

399dt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are denominated and paid in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 399dt unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount (or 30x the bonus plus deposit amount for deposit match offers). Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or engaging in any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for potential closure.
• 399dt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by the player.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including applicable game restrictions and maximum win caps.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering conditions have been satisfied.

6. Betting and Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other wagering products available on 399dt are provided subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game types or sports markets.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 399dt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a brief delay after market suspension to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. 7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a player on the 399dt platform, you agree to use the Services in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 399dt:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documents; misrepresenting your identity or age during registration or verification.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one player account on the 399dt platform, whether under the same or different personal details. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, sportsbook markets, or poker-style games.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any other automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies, hedging, or any method designed to extract bonus value without the genuine intent to engage in recreational gambling.
• Money Laundering: Using the 399dt platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. 399dt cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening communication directed at 399dt staff or other players through any channel associated with the platform.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the account may be permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority. Outstanding balances may be withheld pending the conclusion of any investigation or legal proceedings.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request the closure of their 399dt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC verification requirements and provided no ongoing fraud investigation is in progress.

399dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the 399dt compliance team.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires 399dt to restrict or terminate access to the Services.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the registered email address. 399dt aims to complete account investigations within 14 business days of suspension, subject to the complexity of the matter and the availability of any required third-party information.
